Spongebob Squarepants: Sponge Out Of Water
For the release of The Spongebob Squarepants Movie: Sponge Out Of Water, we were brought in to secure a number of promotional and advertising led opportunities. We targeted families first and foremost with promotions running in That’s Life magazine as well as Good To Know online. The Primary Times were targeted with a promotion for the South of England franchise, online and with advertising spots also running in magazines around the country. We also negotiated that the release was covered as part of their Film Preview Guide. Aside from That’s Life, all the activity ran up to and during the Easter half-term to ensure maximum opportunities to see during the release window. Additionally, we also targeted students with a preview screening to generate vox pops for the marketing campaign – a placement with mobile app YPlan was part of the push as well as the likes of The National Student and The Student Times.
